Value Innovation Labs is seeking a Production Support Engineer to support production applications in a regulated banking tech environment. You will troubleshoot incidents, manage escalations, and coordinate with engineering, infrastructure, and vendor teams across time zones.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on experience, strong SQL, monitoring with Splunk/AppDynamics/Prometheus, and ITIL-based incident, problem, change and release management. Hybrid/ onsite in Alpharetta area.
