Job summary

Vizient, Inc. is seeking a Production Support/SRE-like engineer to triage incidents, diagnose issues, and improve operational stability across core platforms. You will partner with Engineering, Product, and Operations to reduce recurring problems and deliver reliable services.

The role emphasizes collaboration, documentation, and proactive improvement of incident handling, with a focus on healthcare analytics platforms and enterprise SaaS systems.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in application or production support.
• Experience with enterprise applications, cloud services, or data pipelines.
• Strong ability to communicate technical issues to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Investigate production issues across platforms and data patterns.
• Perform Tier 2 triage for incidents and create escalation summaries.
• Develop and maintain runbooks and SOPs for operational stability.
• Support RCA documentation and corrective action tracking.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Support teams to reduce recurring incidents.
