Qualifications

• 7-10 years technical experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
• 5+ years supervisory experience.
• Must read and interpret P&ID, ISO, and engineering assembly drawings.
• Heavy Mechanical background with pumps, motors, piping, valves, skids, instrumentation.
• Ability to communicate issues and solutions with project engineers.
• Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervises work team in planning and execution of assembly activities.
• Plans resource requirements based on backlog and workload.
• Hires, trains, develops, and appraises staff.
• Ensures projects meet budget, schedule, and quality targets.
• Maintains safety and quality in material movement and operations.
• Coordinates with engineering, purchasing, and project managers.
• Reviews and updates training curricula and standard work procedures.
