Job summary

TAS Energy Inc. is seeking a seasoned supervisor to lead direct labor in a fast-paced manufacturing setting in Houston.

You will oversee planning, training, evaluation, and performance of staff, ensuring alignment with project specs and drawings while maintaining cost, schedule, and quality targets. Responsibilities include coordinating with engineering, procurement, and project managers, enforcing safety and standard work, and driving continuous improvement across the department.

Qualifications

• Supervisory principles and people management skills demonstrated.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to read P&ID/ISO drawings and perform shop math.
• 7–10 years of technical manufacturing/industrial experience.
• 5+ years supervisory experience and ISO awareness is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervises direct labor in planning and execution of assembly activities.
• Plans resource requirements based on backlog and workload.
• Hires, trains, develops, and appraises staff.
• Ensures projects meet budget, schedule, and quality targets.
• Maintains safety, quality, and process discipline in operations.
• Loads, tracks, and optimizes work orders and tooling.
