You will plan, supervise, and optimize assembly activities, ensuring safety, quality, and cost targets are met while coordinating with engineering, purchasing, and project management. Ideal candidate has 5+ years of supervisory experience in heavy mechanical environments, strong communication skills, and proficiency with AutoCAD and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret P&ID, ISO, and engineering drawings.
• 7-10 years technical experience in manufacturing/industrial setting.
• 5+ years supervisory experience.
• Ability to perform shop math.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervises work team in planning and execution of assembly activities.
• Plans resource requirements based on backlog and workload.
• Hires, trains, develops, and appraises staff.
• Ensures projects meet budget and schedule while quality is maintained.
• Ensures safety and adherence to HSE programs and procedures.
• Coordinates with engineering, purchasing, and project managers to meet requirements.
