Job summary

You will oversee planning, staffing, training, and performance, ensuring adherence to ISO-like quality and safety standards while improving department productivity and data-driven processes.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years technical experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
• 5+ years supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Word and MS Excel.
• Ability to communicate issues and solutions with project engineers.

Responsibilities

• Supervises work team in planning and execution of assembly activities.
• Plans resource requirements based on backlog and forecasted workload.
• Hires, trains, develops, and appraises staff.
• Ensures projects meet budget, schedule and quality requirements.
