Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years as a Production Supervisor in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of production planning and scheduling.
• Proficiency with Lean manufacturing tools and Six Sigma tools.
• Strong safety protocol experience in manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience implementing procedural improvements.
• Exceptional leadership and team management.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the production line to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma tools to optimize processes.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed to maintain a safe work environment.
• Conduct regular quality control checks to maintain high standards.
• Coordinate with other departments for production planning and scheduling to meet targets.
• Identify areas for procedural improvements and implement solutions.
• Provide leadership and support to the production team, fostering collaboration.
• Report on production activities and KPIs to senior management.
