As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following:

1. Overseeing the daily operations of the production line to ensure efficiency and productivity.
2. Implementing lean manufacturing principles and six sigma tools to optimize production processes.
3. Ensuring that all safety protocols and procedures are adhered to, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
4. Conducting regular quality control checks to maintain high product standards.
5. Coordinating with other departments for production planning and scheduling, ensuring that production targets are met.
6. Identifying areas for procedural improvements and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
7. Providing leadership, guidance, and support to the production team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
8. Reporting on production activities and performance indicators to senior management.
