Job summary

Jobot in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Production Supervisor (Night Shift) to lead a fast‑paced electronics manufacturing line. This role demands hands-on leadership, strong knowledge of production planning, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma tools, and a commitment to safety and quality.

You will manage shift operations on a 2-3-2 pitman schedule, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in manufacturing.
• Strong background in production planning and scheduling.
• Proficiency with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma tools.
• Solid knowledge of safety protocols in manufacturing.
• Proven track record of procedural improvements.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
