Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a hands-on supervisor for a fully onsite role in our Charlotte area manufacturing facility. The role focuses on directing assembly and machining operations, coaching hourly staff, and driving Lean initiatives to improve safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Qualified candidates will have 2+ years in manufacturing with machining/assembly experience and a solid CNC background; a two-year degree is required, with a Bachelor’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Two-year Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree strongly desired.
• 2+ years in manufacturing production, preferably machining and assembly.
• Solid background in machining techniques, including CNC programming.
• Prior supervisory experience of hourly production employees.
• Restrictions imposed by federal export control laws may limit this job opportunity to U.S. persons.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, and direct work while enforcing policies and procedures.
• Manage attendance and payroll timekeeping.
• Interview, onboard, and train employees.
• Manage performance and administer corrective actions.
• Lead lean manufacturing initiatives across Assembly and Machining to improve safety, quality, and delivery.
• Support Safety Committee and ensure OSHA/EPA compliance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist BOM/routing improvements.
• Develop work instructions and training matrices.
