Job summary

Gifthealth Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the production team in our Mesa facility.

You will oversee Production Leads and Associates, coordinate workflows, and ensure efficient, accurate, and cost-effective operations while aligning with safety, quality, and company goals. You will manage onboarding, performance reviews, and cross-functional collaboration with procurement, transportation, and customer care to drive continuous improvement and throughput targets in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, business administration, or related field (Preferred).
Certified Pharmacy Technician license (Preferred).
ASCM CPIM/CSCP/CLTD/CTSC or ISM certification (Preferred).
Experience: 3–5 years in production, warehouse, or logistics; 3 years in leadership (Required).
Knowledge of warehouse, distribution, and transportation operations; OSHA and safety regulations; ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan, Blue Yonder); inventory control methods; shipping/receiving procedures.

Responsibilities

Facilitates team pod huddles and daily goal updates; ensures supply, shipping, and storage standards.
Leads and mentors teams with onsite presence, driving accountability and process improvements.
Ensures safety, compliance, and clear performance goals; coaches for growth.
Handles onboarding, performance management, and offboarding as needed.
