Job summary

Gifthealth Inc. seeks a Production Supervisor to lead the production team in our Mesa, AZ distribution center. You will supervise Production Leads and Associates, coordinate workflows, monitor inventory accuracy, and ensure safety, quality, and cost-effective operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, business administration or related field is preferred.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician license is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in production, warehouse or logistics with 3 years in a leadership role is required.
• Knowledge of warehouse, distribution and transportation operations and safety regulations is required.
• Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement concepts and supply chain best practices are preferred.
• Strong conflict resolution, delegation, workload planning and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate team meetings, monitor staffing, set daily goals, and ensure throughput and quality targets.
• Lead and mentor teams with an onsite presence, driving accountability and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards; coach staff for growth and development.
• Oversee onboarding, performance management, and offboarding as needed.
