Job summary

XNRGY Climate Systems in Mesa, AZ, is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day assembly operations, drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery while coaching a manufacturing team.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will remove roadblocks, reinforce standard work, implement lean improvements, and maintain production metrics and reports. Candidates should have proven supervision experience and ERP/MES proficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in ERP/MES systems (e.g. Epicor, Oracle, SAP).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Certification in lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement frameworks preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with departments.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of CAD and design/simulation software.
• Familiarity with SPC and quality assurance tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the production team and operators.
• Assign tasks to team members and monitor performance.
• Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities for staff.
• Ensure production schedules are adhered to and resources adjusted as needed.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize production flow.
• Enforce safety regulations and promote a safe environment.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Lead continuous improvement for efficiency and waste reduction.
• Maintain records of outputs, downtime, and performance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• Monitor and develop standard work for team members.
• Identify and address quality issues in manufacturing.
