Job summary

Element-Food-Solutions-LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and develop employees, meet KPI targets for safety, quality, production, service and efficiency, and schedule priority production lines. You will supervise shift activities, enforce 5S and GMP/HACCP guidelines, drive continuous improvement and report daily production data.

This role requires supervisory experience, strong leadership, and a background in high-speed manufacturing with lean/Six Sigma practices; bilingual

Qualifications

• Three (3) years supervisory experience required with demonstrated strong leadership and management skills.
• Three (3) years of experience in a production environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5-10+ years manufacturing supervision experience in a high-speed environment.
• Experience with lean manufacturing, 5S, six-sigma or CI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to promote safety compliance.
• Enforce safety rules and investigate unsafe conditions.
• Schedule and supervise production lines and staff to maximize productivity.
• Ensure 5S, GMP and HACCP guidelines and cleaning procedures are followed.
• Supervise and develop the production team and provide coaching.
• Gather and report daily production data and metrics.
• Apply lean, six-sigma and other CI tools to drive KPIs.
• Resolve operational problems and communicate shift changes.
