Job summary

Gifthealth is seeking a proactive Production Manager to lead our pharmacy production team in a fast-paced environment. This role oversees staffing, quality, compliance, and performance management while owning workflow optimization and team development.

You will work hands-on with pharmacists and technicians, ensuring regulatory compliance, efficient prescription fulfillment, and continuous improvement across operations to support patient care and service delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a high-volume production, warehouse, or logistics
• 1+ year of leadership experience, ideally in a supervisory or training role
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, standards, and compliance requirements
• Comfort working with pharmacy software and workflow systems

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily prescription fulfillment operations with emphasis on quality, safety, and efficiency
• Coordinate staffing, shift planning, and coverage to meet operational demands
• Partner with pharmacists, technicians, and leadership to optimize workflows
• Lead audits of processes and ensure regulatory compliance (DEA and Board of Pharmacy)
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast needs based on volume and seasonality
• Drive process improvements and support expansion or partnership onboarding
