Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading production, warehouse or logistics teams (3–5 years).
• Knowledge of warehouse, distribution, and transportation operations; OSHA safety regulations and ERP/WMS systems.
• Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates team pod huddles and meetings to align goals and throughput targets.
• Leads and mentors teams with onsite presence, driving accountability and process improvement.
• Ensures safety, compliance and clear performance expectations; coaches staff for growth.
• Completes onboarding, performance management and offboarding as needed.
