Job summary

FastTek Global is seeking a experienced Production Supervisor in Michigan to lead the production team and optimize manufacturing processes.

You will supervise and coordinate activities of production workers, implement quality controls, and maintain production records while focusing on safety, efficiency, and on-time delivery. This role requires 10+ years in leadership within manufacturing and a strong understanding of assembly operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 10+ years of leadership and people-management experience in manufacturing.
• Able to understand vehicle assembly and production operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production activities and coordinate workers to improve efficiency.
• Motivate staff and resolve production problems with technical/administrative teams.
• Develop tracking and quality-control systems and maintain records.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff as needed.
• Prepare production reports and personnel records.
