• Ability to set direction with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, efficient production aligned with company rules.
• Train and coach employees to meet production goals.
• Evaluate interpersonal skills and provide feedback.
• Schedule and assign personnel to match demand.
• Assess equipment capacity and materials to optimize output.
• Match employee abilities to job requirements on the floor.
• Monitor output, processes, labor efficiency, and costs.
• Measure performance and quality.
• Drive improvements in key process indicators.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, Finance, Planning and Quality.
• Hold regular management reviews of production results.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.
