Job summary
FastTek Global is seeking a Michigan Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance planning and execution in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will drive safety, quality, and cost initiatives while directing multi-trade teams and coordinating with plant leadership.
Qualified candidates bring an engineering-related degree, 10+ years of experience, and strong leadership and analytical skills. This role is on site in Michigan with competitive benefits and 401(k) matching.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Engineering or related technical field is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Experience supervising multi-trade maintenance teams; safety mindedness emphasized.
Responsibilities
- Lead and implement long-range maintenance plans and budgets.
- Supervise safety policies, housekeeping, and plant standards.
- Diagnose equipment issues, identify root causes, and implement fixes.
- Support safety, quality, cost goals and personnel development.
- Manage construction and maintenance projects and schedules.
- Train, develop, and evaluate maintenance staff.
