Qualifications

- Solid ITIL knowledge with CM tools and reporting.
- Experience with Autosys, MQ, Solace, and middleware.
- Experience supporting front-office and trading apps in IB.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain production systems to ensure stable operations.
- Develop and apply automation to reduce toil and improve reliability.
- Lead stabilization projects and support business continuity.
- Collaborate with Build the Bank and stakeholders on risk and controls.
- Proactively tune monitoring tools and alert thresholds.
