Job summary

Barclays Services LLC in Whippany, NJ seeks an Application Support Analyst AVP to manage fraud applications, oversee service levels, and coordinate with PS/M for end-to-end service management. Qualifications

• Experience resolving complex IT incidents and managing service levels.
• Knowledge of ITIL disciplines: incident, problem, change, configuration, SCM.

Responsibilities

• Manage fraud applications within US Consumer Bank and own service levels.
• Perform major incident management and post incident reviews with permanent fixes.
• Design BCM/DR strategies and operational resilience for regulated environments.
• Develop complex SQL joins/updates and optimize queries in large production environments.
• Automate manual activities and reduce false alerts through better monitoring.
