Job summary

Array is seeking a Production Specialist in Houston, TX. You will perform a full range of production tasks in our legal services operations, including document processing, quality control, and delivery, with growing independence to support efficiency.

Responsibilities include QC of incoming records, preparing files, processing with our internal software, and delivering to clients in multiple formats. You will maintain DAS documentation and escalate issues to the team lead to help meet daily

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of production, records processing, or related legal services operations.
• Proficient in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office; experience with Array's internal software preferred.
• Strong attention to detail in a high-volume environment.
• Familiarity with legal records and subpoena processes preferred.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily production targets.
• Good written communication for internal coordination.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control of incoming records, confirming intake accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare records for processing by organizing files and ensuring proper flow.
• Process records and conduct secondary QC using Array's production software.
• Deliver records to clients via online repository and other formats.
• Handle standard, rush, and specialty orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Escalate quality issues, delivery complications, or workflow questions to the team lead or manager.
• Maintain documentation in DAS throughout the production workflow.
