Job summary

L3Harris is seeking a high-energy Production Program Project Manager to lead growth and execution of Production programs within Maritime ISE. You will oversee contract execution, planning, and monitoring from start to finish, coordinating between PM, Manufacturing, Procurement, Test, Quality, Engineering, Business Development and Finance.

You will drive Earned Value Management (EVM) implementation, measure program performance, and lead a team of program managers and IPTs across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience, or Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience, or in lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.
• Experience with Fixed Price and Cost-plus contracts and Fixed Price major subcontracts.
• Expert EVMS knowledge demonstrated on successful production programs.
• Demonstrated ability to lead Proposal Development and Capture efforts.
• Ability to obtain a US Secret Security Clearance.
• PMI Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification or working towards certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of program managers and IPTs across multiple sites.
• Manage cost, schedule and technical performance on multiple development and production efforts.
• Develop and monitor financial forecasts for monthly, quarterly and annual reviews.
• Implement EVM processes and maintain PV/EV/AC baselines.
• Coordinate resources and baselines with Master Schedulers and functional leaders.
• Travel up to 10% as required.
