Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Principal, Program Management, Earned Value Management (EVM) to ensure program excellence through disciplined planning and EVMS compliance. The role partners with CAMs, Finance, Engineering, and Scheduling to drive accurate performance measurement and implement best practices across programs.

The candidate will lead startup, baseline development, training, surveillance, and IBR activities to support high-visibility programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience; or Graduate Degree with 10+ years; in lieu of a degree, 16 years of experience.
• PMP certification, EVMS certification and/or ANSI 748 training preferred.
• Experience with EVMS startup, baseline development, surveillance, IBRs, and monthly EV reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead EVMS processes during program startup and PMB development.
• Provide EVM training and mentoring to CAMs and program staff.
• Coordinate internal and external EVM surveillance activities and reviews.
• Facilitate Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs) with program teams.
• Conduct monthly DECM assessments and drive corrective actions for ANSI/EIA-748 compliance.
• Perform monthly EVM analysis and report cost/schedule performance to stakeholders.
• Ensure IMS integrity and cost/schedule integration with Scheduling.
• Support customer interactions, audits, and executive reporting.
