Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is hiring for a Principal, Program Management, Earned Value Management (EVM) to ensure program excellence through disciplined planning, PMB development, and EVMS compliance. You will collaborate with PM, Finance, CAMs, Engineering, and Scheduling to drive accurate performance metrics.

This role supports the Spectrum Superiority Sector and requires deep EVM expertise, training, and surveillance across multiple programs, including IBRs and DECM metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 12+ years of related experience; alternative: 16 years without degree.
• Graduate Degree with 10+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead EVMS process maturation during program startup; develop PMB and data integration.
• Provide EVM training and mentoring to CAMs and staff; create materials for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate internal/external EVM surveillance activities and customer reviews.
