Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Principal, Program Management (EVMS Expert) to lead EVM policy, tooling, and compliance for diverse programs. The role requires DoD EVMSIG knowledge and the ability to develop training, processes, and tools for program teams and DCMA.

You will interpret DECM metrics, drive EVM across a wide range of program types, and mentor teams to ensure long-term EVM health and compliance. Must be a US citizen with strong Excel and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree with extensive relevant experience.
• 10+ years with large multi-site teams and complex projects.
• 5+ years leading EVM teams and using EVM tools.
• Experience deploying EVM across diverse program types.
• US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Drive segment EVM execution and compliance excellence.
• Develop and implement EVM policies, tools, and training.
• Interpret EVMSIG and DCMA metrics for guidance.
• Train teams and deploy enhanced EVM tool sets.
