The candidate will guide scheduling across programs, manage IMS, and ensure alignment with government and corporate requirements. A strong background in earned value, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree and 12+ years of relevant experience; graduate degree with 10+ years preferred.
• Experience with scheduling discipline and leadership to foster collaboration.
• Must be able to work onsite due to role scope.

Responsibilities

• Lead a program scheduling team and manage Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Ensure schedules are integrated across functional groups and meet program objectives.
• Perform risk analysis, identify critical paths, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Apply scheduling best practices (IPMDAR, IPMR, EVMS) and drive change management.
