Job summary

ASML Wilton is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join the Wilton Factory Optics team with primary ownership of functional testing and inspection processes. This role leads process development, stabilization, and daily performance across automated and manual testing and inspection operations in a fast-paced production environment.

You will collaborate with production technicians, supervisors, quality and maintenance, drive 6P readiness, perform RCA, and convert data into actionable decisions

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in optical fabrication and functional testing and inspection.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ownership of functional testing and inspection processes.
• Define and optimize process parameters to ensure measurement stability and robust control.
• Collaborate daily with production technicians, supervisors, cross-functional teams, quality, equipment engineering, and maintenance.

Education

BS, MS, or PhD in Mechanical/ Optical/ Materials or related engineering
