Job summary

ElDorado National California Inc. (ENC) in Riverside, CA, is seeking a Production Planning & Scheduling Manager. The role owns the integrated planning function, leads SIOP, and builds ERP data discipline to support growth, with emphasis on capacity, inventory, and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has extensive manufacturing planning, MRP, and ERP experience, and will collaborate across segments to balance resources and commitments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Five+ years of progressive experience in production planning or ERP/MRP planning in a high-precision manufacturing environment.
• Deep understanding of production planning, inventory management, and SIOP.
• Experience with ERP systems and planning data master data and scheduling logic.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the master production schedule, aligning backlog, demand, capacity, and delivery commitments.
• Lead the SIOP process with demand and capacity assumptions and scenario recommendations.
• Partner with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Materials, Production, Quality, and Finance to maintain an integrated plan.
• Translate the master schedule into work-center and station-level execution plans.
• Establish ERP planning data standards and validation routines.
• Lead cross-functional adoption of planning processes and drive improvements in readiness and schedule reliability.
