Job summary

Kinetic Personnel Group is seeking a Production Planner in Corona, CA to coordinate production schedules, materials, and resources to support on-time delivery and efficient manufacturing operations.

You will develop and maintain schedules based on demand and capacity, monitor inventory, and update ERP/MRP data while working with cross-functional teams to resolve shortages and scheduling conflicts.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing experience.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer demand and capacity.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.
• Monitor inventory, material availability, and production progress.
• Review work orders and ensure materials and resources are available.
• Identify potential delays, shortages, and scheduling conflicts and communicate solutions.
• Update planning and production information in ERP/MRP systems.
• Track orders and provide status updates to management and internal teams.
• Support continuous improvement of production planning and scheduling processes.
