ElDorado National California Inc. (ENC) seeks a Sales Program Manager in Riverside, CA to lead and coordinate the execution of strategic customer programs from contract award through final acceptance.

This role serves as the primary commercial interface between ENC and the customer, ensuring contractual obligations, project schedules, and technical coordination are met. The Project Manager will work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Service, Supply Chain, Warranty, and Customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales project management, preferably in transportation or manufacturing.
• Experience managing large-scale, customer-facing projects, preferably involving government agencies or public transit.
• Knowledge of project management principles, vehicle manufacturing, production planning, supply chain coordination, warranty support, and customer order fulfillment.
• Knowledge of government procurement processes, FTA-funded transit procurements, bid execution, and public agency contracting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated Project Manager and primary point of contact for the LACMTA contract throughout the program lifecycle.
• Maintain an on-site presence at LACMTA facilities for a minimum of 50% of regular working hours during the acceptance period of the first 100 buses.
• Coordinate all customer communications regarding production status, engineering issues, schedules, acceptance activities, warranty matters, and technical support.
• Lead recurring project meetings with LACMTA and internal cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate activities between Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Service, Warranty, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Quality, and Finance to ensure milestones are achieved.
• Track contract deliverables, action items, risks, change requests, and customer concerns to ensure timely resolution.
