• 7+ years in production planning or master scheduling in manufacturing.
• Proficient with ERP/MRP systems (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics/Epicor).
• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze large data sets.
• Clear written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the master production schedule across lines.
• Release orders, prioritize and sequence within capacity constraints.
• Set inventory policy including safety stock and reorder points.
• Represent supply position during S&OP cycles with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor schedule adherence and investigate plan-versus-actual gaps.
• Coordinate with engineering changes, new products, and phase-outs.
• Run MRP cycles, act on exceptions, convert planned orders to releases.
• Identify capacity constraints and coordinate resolutions with suppliers.
