Job summary

ElDorado National California Inc. in Riverside, CA seeks a Production Planning & Scheduling Manager to own the integrated planning function, lead SIOP, and drive ERP data discipline to support growth.

The role collaborates with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance, translating the master schedule into shop-floor plans, ensuring material availability, and maintaining schedule integrity amid constraints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Five or more years of progressive experience in production planning, scheduling, capacity planning, materials management, supply chain planning, or ERP/MRP planning within a high‑precision or complex manufacturing environment.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, inventory management, material availability, capacity planning, customer delivery commitments, and SIOP.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Epicor, JD Edwards, or similar platforms, including planning master data and scheduling logic.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the master production schedule across demand, capacity, and delivery.
• Lead the SIOP process with demand and capacity scenarios and approvals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain a single integrated plan.
• Translate master schedule into work-center and station plans.
• Establish ERP planning data standards and support Epicor implementation.
• Provide early warning of schedule risks and drive data-driven decisions.
• Design and implement planning processes and routines for growth.
• Maintain integrated master schedules across programs and product platforms.
