Zusammenfassung

HYVE Solutions is seeking a seasoned Production Planner in Fremont, CA to own the build plan for a high-volume facility and manage the Master Production Schedule to meet customer demand and on-time delivery targets.

You will forecast capacity and labor needs, coordinate with engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing to ensure material readiness, and maintain strict WIP metrics while driving process improvements. Strong Excel skills and Windows proficiency are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, analytics, engineering or related field. Industrial Engineering degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in production environment.
• High level speaking, reading, writing proficiency.
• Proficient knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, advanced Excel skills.
• Detail oriented with ability to maintain records and communication using email, spreadsheets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in standard office settings, including continuous sitting, standing, keyboarding.
• May require long days, occasional evenings and weekends, and occasional travel.

Aufgaben

• Establish, monitor, and own the build plan of a large volume production facility.
• Develop, maintain, and reconcile the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to customer demand (PO) and on-time delivery targets.
• Adhere to 100% on-time delivery goals and escalated issues meeting schedule as needed.
• Validate work order integrity before release for production, reviewing BOMs.
• Forecast capacity and labor requirements based on customer demand.
• Partner with multiple departments to ensure material readiness and schedule alignment.
• Responsible for all materials for production from release to purge.
• Adhere to WIP inventory metrics and monthly goals.
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions.
• Communicate risks, schedule impacts, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
• Develop and document standard work procedures for planning processes.
• Support training and be a subject matter expert in planning processes and tools.
• Identify improvement opportunities in the planning process.
• Comply with all company policies, regulations, and customer requirements.
