Hyve Solutions is seeking a Production Planner to manage build plans for a large-volume facility. You will validate work orders, release materials, and balance production lines while maintaining accurate reports.

Daily interaction with Manufacturing Operations and Material Supply is essential, as is tracking build plans and demand forecasts. The role requires strong Excel skills, 5+ years in production, and the ability to work with multiple departments to meet customer commitments.

Qualifications

• 2 years technical school or 2 years related production planning experience.
• At least five years of experience in a production environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Detail oriented.
• Data-driven communication and retention.
• Ability to learn planning system (MPS).
• Coordinate with multiple departments to meet commitments.
• Work in standard office setting; sit/stand and keyboard.
• Willing to work long days, some evenings/weekends, and travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage build plans for large-volume production.
• Validate work order integrity and release orders for material pull.
• Ensure production line balance and accurate reports.
• Daily correspondence with Manufacturing Operations and Material Supply.
• Track build plans, order status, and demand forecast.
• Respond to program management regarding prioritization.
• Escalate issues impacting production schedules.
