Job summary

Hyve Solutions, a TD SYNNEX subsidiary, is seeking a Planning Manager to drive daily and long-range build plans for a high-volume production facility in the US. You will coordinate with warehouse, procurement, engineering, sales, and operations to keep schedules tight and supply aligned with demand.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, KPI tracking, and tool development to improve capacity and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2 years technical schooling preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in production environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced knowledge of planning software, tools, and ERP systems is preferred.
• Excellent relationship management and cross-team communication.

Responsibilities

• Create daily and long-term build plans for large-volume production.
• Work with multiple departments to resolve issues and maintain schedules.
• Track metrics like on-time delivery, forecast accuracy, and inventory.
• Develop tools for reporting KPIs and capacity analysis.
• Manage local and remote planning and procurement teams.
• Ensure materials, resources, and capacity align with the schedule.
