Job summary

Hyve Solutions seeks an experienced production planner to own the build plan for a large volume manufacturing facility. You will develop and reconcile the Master Production Schedule to match customer demand and on-time delivery targets, validate work orders, and forecast capacity and labor needs while coordinating with warehousing, engineering, sales, and operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in production with supervisory experience; strong Windows and Excel skills are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, analytics, engineering or related field.
• Industrial Engineering degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in production environment with supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish, monitor, and own the build plan for a large volume production facility.
• Develop, maintain, and reconcile the Master Production Schedule to customer demand and on-time delivery targets.
• Forecast capacity and labor requirements; coordinate with multiple departments to ensure material readiness and schedule alignment.
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions; communicate risks and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
