Job summary

Hyve Solutions in Olive Branch, MS is seeking a detail-oriented Planning Manager to own daily and long-range build plans for a large volume production facility. You will collaborate across Warehouse, Program Management, Sales and Operations, driving capacity models, CTB analyses, and KPI reporting to keep production aligned with demand.

This role requires strong Excel, ERP tools and a track record of improving throughput, on-time delivery and inventory accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of technical school preferred.
• At least 5 years in production planning or related environment.
• Strong analytical, data-driven problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop daily and long-term build plans for high-volume production.
• Collaborate across Warehouse, Program Management, Sales, and Operations.
• Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and supply chain to resolve issues.
• Track metrics like on-time delivery, forecast accuracy, inventory accuracy.
• Create tools for KPI reporting and capacity planning.
• Manage local/remote planning and local procurement teams.
• Validate capacity model and release work orders to production.
• Perform CTB analysis and exception reporting with supply chain.
• Ensure materials and capacity align with schedules.
• Drive continuous improvements to output, efficiency, and capacity.
• Report order status and demand outlook to program management.
• Lead resolution for order delays in production.
