Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field.
• 10+ years electronics hardware supply planning or material management.
• 5+ years leading large planning teams.
• Deep knowledge of PCBA material lifecycles and BOM processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead S&OP for 12–18 month forecasts into supply readiness roadmaps.
• Model global capacity constraints and supplier capacity limits.
• Own global CTB tracking and KPI visibility across sites.
• Mitigate shortages with fast, practical workarounds and reallocation.
