Job summary

Hyve Solutions, part of TD SYNNEX Corporation, is seeking a detail-oriented production planner in Fremont, CA to own the build plan for a high-volume facility and to align capacity with customer demand.

You will develop and reconcile the Master Production Schedule to meet on-time delivery targets, coordinating with manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and program management to ensure material readiness and schedule alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, analytics, engineering or related field.
• Industrial Engineering degree preferred.
• Five or more years of experience in a production environment.
• Proficient in Windows and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Establish, monitor, and own the build plan of a large volume production facility.
• Develop, maintain, and reconcile the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to customer demand and on-time delivery targets.
• Adhere to 100% on-time delivery goals and elevate issues meeting schedule as needed.
• Forecast capacity and labor requirements based on customer demand.
• Partner with multiple departments to ensure material readiness and schedule alignment.
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions to resolve issues.
