The Operations Program Manager III leads end-to-end production execution, aligning demand with factory capacity, material availability, and outbound logistics to protect margins and on-time ship schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree plus 2+ years related experience or Professional Certification plus 3+ years directly related experience.
• Advanced level skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting, data analysis).
• Experience using an ERP as well as Smartsheets.
• Operations management experience within the manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of server products and compute manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to Committed Customer Shipping Schedules and SLA requirements, focusing on profitability and new customer diversification.
• Oversee Mass Production execution – capacity planning, material planning, materials builds, due dates, yield goals, issue resolution.
