Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree plus related experience, or equivalent certifications plus years of experience.
• Experience with business-process analysis and architecture.
• Proficiency in Windows OS and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage production scheduling and orders on the manufacturing floor.
• Mitigate risks to on-time delivery.
• Forecast future capacity and labor requirements.
• Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop detailed specifications and implement production plans.
• Oversee process-design projects and ensure timely completion.
