Zusammenfassung

Hyve Solutions, a US-based manufacturer and TD SYNNEX subsidiary, seeks a Demand Planning professional to own forecasting for raw materials and manage POs with suppliers and ODMs. You will collaborate with customers and contract manufacturers to align on demand, priorities, and fulfillment readiness.

You will monitor aging inventory, drive optimization, coordinate RMAs, and partner with logistics to ensure on-time, cost-effective fulfillment while tracking KPIs and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with demand planning and forecasting for manufacturing materials.
• Ability to issue and manage purchase orders to ensure timely, cost-effective fulfillment.
• Source and manage suppliers and ODMs, including cost negotiation and onboarding.
• Collaborate with customers and contract manufacturers to align on demand and priorities.
• Monitor aging, excess, and obsolete inventory and drive disposition strategies.
• Maintain supply chain KPIs such as inventory turns, PO cycle time, OTIF, and forecast accuracy.

Aufgaben

• Monitor excess inventory and implement disposition strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate RMA processes and track fulfillment progress.
• Manage inbound/outbound shipments with logistics teams and resolve delays.
• Maintain material status reporting and supply chain KPIs.
• Lead continuous improvement in planning, sourcing, and fulfillment.
