Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division seeks a Production Planning Supervisor for the Jonesville, SC site. The role leads the production planning team, drives master production scheduling, and collaborates with procurement to meet customer delivery and minimize costs.

Relocation assistance is provided for eligible candidates. The successful candidate will develop schedules, monitor KPIs, and use supply chain tools to optimize inventory and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in production planning, master scheduling, or related Supply Chain role in manufacturing.
• 5+ years SAP ECC/MRP planning/scheduling experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules and monitor KPIs.
• Coordinate purchasing needs and drive inventory optimization.
• Collaborate with procurement and operations to mitigate material shortages.
• Lead the planning team to execute master production schedule and weekly plans.
• Oversee annual physical inventory processes.
