Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking an Assembly Supervisor for the Jonesville, SC site. The role focuses on directing plant resources to improve safety, quality, and productivity while aligning with Eaton’s philosophy and cost-effective operations.

You will lead with clear expectations, collaborate with leadership on goals, and drive lean initiatives to meet customer demands. Relocation support is provided as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 3 years Manufacturing experience and 2 years of leader experience.
• Relocation assistance will be provided for candidates outside 50-mile radius of Jonesville, SC.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school AND 1 year of experience in manufacturing/operations/supply chain management (preferred).
• Management experience including supervising manufacturing employees.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with peers and leadership to determine key goals & objectives, and metrics.
• Align workforce to the company vision through Eaton Philosophy workplace practices and beliefs.
• Schedule and commit the work load to meet customer needs in the most effective manner.
• Coordinate resources with quality, maintenance, materials, scheduling, logistics and engineering to resolve issues.
• Lead the implementation of improvements and corrective actions based on root causes.
• Develop and coach team members; support development planning and succession planning.
• Promote a safe working environment and ensure safety policies are followed.
