Qualifications

• Five years of supervisor or team lead experience.
• Five years of warehouse management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Three years of SAP experience.
• No immigration sponsorship or relocation assistance for this position within 50‑mile radius of Jonesville, SC.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping, receiving and in-plant material handling operations to ensure timely material movement and inventory accuracy.
• Develop and execute daily workforce and staffing strategies to align labor with workload and customer demand.
• Standardize and improve warehouse processes, maintain work instructions, and drive efficiency.
• Recruit, hire, and develop warehouse personnel with onboarding and ongoing coaching.
• Manage inventory targets and KPIs to improve on-time delivery, turns, and safety performance.
• Lead teams to achieve goals, communicate priorities, and foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Implement a comprehensive 5S program with visual controls and audits.
• Investigate issues, root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Support DOH reduction and inventory optimization initiatives with cross-team collaboration.
