Job summary

Eaton's Electrical Division seeks a Materials Planning Supervisor for our Greenwood, SC facility. Lead a team of material planners; supervise procurement and planning activities to ensure material availability and on-time supplier delivery.

You will drive metrics, collaborate with finance and production teams, and implement PPV and GR/IR processes. Relocation benefits offered; US work authorization required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with five years of supervision experience in a supply chain function or Bachelor's degree with two years of supervision experience in a supply chain function.
• Minimum of two years of progressive planning or buying experience in a manufacturing environment; manufacturing environment preferred (ETO).
• Relocation benefits are offered; candidates within 50 miles of Greenwood, SC will be considered.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position; must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and measure performance of Planners-Buyers.
• Drive metrics for On Time Delivery, Order Fill Rate and Inventory.
• Lead PPV, GR/IR reviews and support cost-saving projects.
• Develop training material and document procedures to ensure productive planning processes.
