Job summary

International Motors, LLC is seeking a Senior Production Planner to develop and execute master production schedules aligned with customer demand and factory capacity. You will partner with Supply Chain, Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing Operations to ensure timely material readiness and smooth production flow across multiple lines.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, with a focus on continuous improvement and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience with production planning in a manufacturing environment is required by some role paths.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with ERP/MRP systems are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain master production schedules to support customer demand.
• Analyze orders, forecasts, capacity constraints, and material availability to create executable plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules for demand changes, shortages, or changes in engineering.
