Job summary

Veeco (Horsham) seeks an experienced Senior Production Planner to lead end-to-end production planning in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will own the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for sub-assemblies and align with system-level build plans to maximize on-time delivery and efficiency.

You will mentor junior planners, collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, and Customer Operations, and drive continuous improvements across planning processes and material flow.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning.
• Experience with MPS, MRP signals, and capacity planning.
• ERP systems expertise, preferably SAP.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for subsystems and key components.
• Manage aftermarket spares planning and execution with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate upgrades/retrofits planning with Engineering and Field Service.
• Lead cross-functional planning reviews and communicate risks to stakeholders.
