Aptiv Interconnect in Garden Grove, CA seeks a Production Planner to coordinate master production schedules, material flow, and capacity planning in a high-mix aerospace/defense environment. You will partner with Supply Chain, Production Supervisors, and Procurement to ensure on-time delivery and optimize ERP/MRP workflows.

Strong analytical skills and crisis management ability are essential to balance resources and keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field required.
• 3–5 years in production scheduling or master planning in manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and analytics tools required.

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain, and execute detailed production schedules across lines and work centers.
• Conduct rough-cut capacity planning and line-level capacity analysis to balance resources.
• Optimize safety stock, reorder points, and EOQ to minimize stockouts and downtime.
• Monitor WIP and improve shop-floor flow to meet on-time delivery goals.
• Ensure scheduling data integrity within the ERP/MRP system and compliance standards.
